Visitor Expectations
  • You will receive a 15% discount when booking a party on weekdays.
  • Young children under the age of 6 must be always accompanied by an adult.
  • Children of all ages must always be under the supervision of adults.
  • Adults must ensure children are always in age-appropriate zones.
  • Aggressive behavior and inappropriate language are not permitted.

  • Outside food and drinks are allowed.
  • No food and no glass bottles in the play area.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking/vaping or alcohol allowed.
  • The use of camera extension poles is prohibited in the play area.
  • Do not use the play equipment when wet.
  • Use all equipment responsibly and follow posted instructions.
  • Do not leave your personal items unattended.
  • Pay attention to all posted signage throughout the playground.
  • Be aware of the exit points.
  • Communicate with staff when witnessing an incident.
  • No bullying.
  • Use the playground at your own risk. Play safely.
Terms and Conditions for Events
  • All participants are required to sign a waiver.
  • A non-refundable 40% deposit is required when booking your event.
  • Events can be rescheduled with at least 30 days' notice, provided the new date is within the same calendar year.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one day before the event.
  • All events include a 15% service charge, which covers planning, setup, and cleanup before and after the event (not gratuity).
  • Tipping is optional but highly encouraged.
  • Guests have a 20-minute window to pack up after the event; exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fee to allow proper cleaning and preparation for the next event.
  • A $250 charge will apply for any damages or breakages during the event.
